My name is Amanda, a Somatic Sex Coach, Therapeutic Yoni Massage Practitioner, Reiki practitioner, certified in intro into embodied counselling, trauma informed, NLP practitioner and health informed.

 

As a married mother in a blended family with three teenagers and one soon to be teen, I am deeply passionate about empowering parents to reclaim their self worth, expand their capacity for self love and strengthen the connection together. I aim to guide parents in transforming their relationship with intimacy and sexuality, unlocking deeper pleasure and fulfilment.

I am passionate about helping parents awaken more pleasure, not just in the bedroom but in every facet of life. By embracing and embodying your authentic intimate and sexual journey, you can inspire a ripple effect of confidence, openness and connection within your family.

Beyond supporting parents on their own transformative paths, I am drive to build a movement and community that fosters positive, inclusive and shame free conversations about puberty and sex for the next generation.
